Everything you need to know about Tulsa Tech Week

Tulsa Tech Week is an initiative with the support of public and private partnerships to promote technology to the people of Tulsa, and those interested in positively contributing to the rapidly developing Tulsa technology ecosystem.

The entire city is invited to join in, but event hosts retain full discretion over admission. For family-friendly events, parents or guardians are encouraged to complete registration on behalf of minor attendees

Each Tulsa Tech Week event is hosted by an individual or company. Once the official calendar launches, you’ll be able to browse events and apply to attend, with event hosts reaching out about your registration status. There will be separate Tulsa Tech Week sponsored events leading up to the September series. The 2025 event calendar will launch this summer so register your email to stay updated on all news, events, and happenings.

Tulsa Tech Week is a week-long series of events centralized in Downtown and North Tulsa. Unlike a conference, festival, and summit; the goal is to provide Tulsa residents with the opportunity to engage with all the city provides to enhance their knowledge of, exposure to, and experience with technology available in our communities. There will be numerous events happening concurrently – meetups, networking mixers, panels, happy hours, and more.

Each event has its own specific requirements and entry costs. While many events are free to attend with an RSVP, some may require a participation fee. Be sure to review the details for each event when signing up.
